1. Maintenance of gardens, pools and communal areas (compulsory)

- maintenance of garden and parking places;

Services covered by the management contract include:

The maintenance consists of: partial repairs, regular cleaning, refreshment, making of beds, airing of the rooms, change of linen and towels, cleaning of terrace tiles, window cleaning, and carpet and furniture cleaning.
